OK, I feel it's been a while since I posted a track.

There's gonna be 2 new tracks on the F1 calender for next year - Bahrain and Shanghai. What are your takes on these two circuits, and are there any mods you'd like to make to them? First up, in April 2004, is Bahrain. Here's the circuit map...

And here's my edit Firstly, I felt that the sweeps at the end of that second straight looked a bit odd, good high speed fun, but spoiling a potential good overtaking spot. Perhaps I'll be proved wrong when the F1 cars race there next year? Anyways, I've lengthened the straight a little bit and put in a 110 degree right at the end of it, which would require more braking and provide more overtaking. The next section of the course looks excellent - some nice sweeping essess and a hairpin. But then there's a tightening radius corner onto a straight, IMO not a good idea. So I've swapped it around to have a tight hairpin first section (overtaking perhaps with a fast exit from the previous corner?) and a nice sweep out onto the straight on the exit. The corner at the end of this straight looks good, but after it is a triple-right, which although fun looking 'cos it's nice and sweeping, IMO a corner sequence should never have more than two corners in the same direction. So I've changed it to be 2 rights, with a straight leading into a tighter corner which would perhaps encourage more overtaking, and make for more varying exits onto the next straight. IMO the last corner looks a bit tight, a potential scene of accidents, but I've left it 'cos there needs to be one corner like that on a circuit! : Here's the track map, what do you think? Any of you got any edits of this Bahrain track that you could also share?

doesn't work CG. And what's with the all caps?

Duff, i still see only two spots there. T1 and 12.

The other places you're asking for the guy to fall off if you want to pass there
