Montoya left with 1h27 on the clock. 1h = 60 minutes. 60+27 is 87m. Which is a 29 x 3. 29 is a prime number.

Because if you only count fastest lap times you miss the stint and race picture. Fastest laps for the P3s are well above their average often, GTE drivers are metronomic in their pace. Fastest laps only marginally better than average.

To be fair to RLM now is the time to discuss when the Roar should be and things like changes in position aren’t that important in a race.

Not that it matters much but with the number of safety car periods we had, the Weathertech Porsche should have gained a few more laps than they did.

I've almost come to the conclusion that no other teams have anything left to take it to the WTR Acura. I feel like they could take this to the end barring anything crazy.

Corvette just out dragged raced the BMW on the tri-oval. Very impressive. That is why BMW won last year and Porsche did not. Corvette faster in infield but I was not sure if they had it on the banking...they do.

That's the 3rd time I've seen a Corvette do that to a BMW in a fight for the lead.

The BMW is powerless, the Porsche bumped out and the Ferrari is a Ferrari... so Corvette was meant to win it, and they will.

Yeah Risi Ferrari has always been mediocre at the Daytona 24. Always a 4th place car roughly. If they can get themselves to Sebring and Petit Le Mans. They run stronger there.
