Im not even seeing that Russfeld, all im seeing is a 1hr slot from 1:30-2:30pm LIVE, and then a 1hr slot from 8-9pm the same night. Both on Eurosport 2. Nothing on Eurosport though. Ah well, still better than what we were getting with F3000.

Interesting times, only 4 seconds off the pace of the slowest time at the recent Jerez F1 test. http://www.crash.net/uk/en/news_view...d=106493&apn=2 Good to see that the cars are getting something near a F1 time. Anyone care to place any bets as to the GP2 pole time being faster than the slowest Minardi at San Marino?
If not, id put money on this being the case for next year when F1 switches to smaller engines. Last edited by SALEEN S7R; 14 Apr 2005 at 19:22. |

gp2 was at barcelona so i wouldnt compare them. i think all in all, gp2 cars around 10 seconds slower than f1 cars, but it depends on the track i suppose. these gp2 tests most teams will be concentrating mostly on race trim aswell which could make the times even quicker by the time they get to barca to race.
