I got a reply from BMAX, they said they are expecting to complete their line up by this Thursday (Oct 25).

The Macau GP organiser replied me that they are working for the finalised driver list for the F3 race, but don't know when the list will be published. But it's rush as the race is 3 weeks away.

You are right, I got the updated but not finalized entry list from some insider, BMax will send 3 cars and Yuhi Sekiguchi's entry is confirmed.

Only Yuhi Sekiguchi's entry is confirmed. The remain 2 seats are still "TBA", with occupying No. 15, No.16 and No. 33.

Here you are, the schedule. Last year the organiser and FIA did arrange live streaming on their website, maybe they will arrange the same for this year's races.
