Looking at such an impressive potential entry list on such a small circuit, will the ACO have to make a pre-qualifying session before the race... Just as for the great race in June ?? It would be quite funny !

If I understood correctly the three winners per class are automatically invited for 2004's edition (if at least 9 teams content in that class in November). /s. Last edited by vandijk; 30 Jul 2003 at 21:00. |

Can we conclude anything from the fact that the Spa 1000 km race, next year as a part from the LMES, will be the same weekend as the Spa 1000 km this year, as a part from the FIA SCCS?

WOW!! 1000km of Spa, Silverstone, Nurburgring and Monza!!
Its nearly 1986 all over again!!! All we need now is Brands Hatch, chicaneless Mulsanne with hump and the old run down to the esses! Not to forget Fuji and most important of all Group C cars!!!! |

The support races look impressive for this years Spa 1000km.
Any chance we can persuade Motors TV to give us live coverage in Britain! I'd love to be there in person though. |

Why would any TV station want to show an event where several hundreds of thousands of people attend when they can show Sychronised Swimming/Darts/Volleyball/Chess/Table Tennis?........... |

Notice that the ACO grandstand will be free for ACO members, and the others completely free for all...

Grr... cheapest ferry crossing I can find at the moment is £135. Come on, SeaFrance - I want to give you my business, but you're asking £45 more than you did for Le Mans proper this year, and that was in the summer season...

Mmm, the Belgiums think they are smart (well maybe they are, ); free entrance for Ladies and kids under 16! All to help for daddy to go there.
Fees of both Le Mans and Spa are okay, just 20 euros and, as Fab mentioned, grandstands for free. /s. |
