I've seen, heard and read many other 'clips' that suggest the contrary. Besides, what difference does it make to Montoya the racing driver?

Montoya "the racing driver" is an over rated, loudmouth, inconsistent lil bugger..who in my book..will never be world champion.

This isn't meant to be a serious topic (to anyone but the Montoya bashers), so sure, why not? I'd think he'd do well, and you have to love the anticipation of extreme culture shock (those Montoya bashers will have someone new to complain about).

OUT:
Coulthard - Too many years in competitive car with no results TGF - I just don't like him Ralf - The most boring driver on the grid Verstappen - Way too many chances with nothing to show Pizzonia - He just lacks something IN: Toni Elias - This 250cc kid has guts. And real talent. Paul Tracy - Would like to see how he'd go in the top echelon of the sport Colin McRae - How often would he crash one of these? Sebastien Bourdais - Bloody hell, he's just FAST! Tomas Enge - Positive test or not, he's a gooden! |

Coultard - Born with a silver spoon & has never come close. Trulli - Had his chance. Yos - Minardi should only be a breeding ground for rookies to show their stuff. Double H - The same with Sauber. Why bother? To add an extra 16 races to his career? Panis - Boring In Yoong - F1 needs **** drivers so we can appreciate the good one. And besides, Webber makes all his team mates look ordinary. Eddie Irvine - JV needs help to talk shyte. Hakkinen - Especially for his interviews. Nika Lauda - Why not? Worked last time! Mark Skaiffe - Just to make the V8 series interesting. Shumi would top this list because he should retire but not until Jacques gets another shot at beating him. 1. R.Shumacher (just not gutsy enough) 2. D.Coultard (wayyy too long in a top car with nothing to show for it - Nexxxxxxt please!) 3. A.Pizzonia (doesn't seem to have what it takes) 4. J.Trulli (can't seem to perform on race day) 5. R.Firman (see Pizzonia) IN 1. Jeff Gordon (I think that would do wonders for F1 in the U.S. and he's very good on street circuits) 2. E.Irvine (F1 needs characters like him and he did well last year - unfairly booted I think) 3. V.Rossi (this guy is awesome driving anything with a motor) 4. M.Hakkinen (left far too soon) 5. Scott Dixon (gotta support the Kiwi's while I'm here ) Last edited by TeddyG; 27 May 2003 at 06:17. |

Doesn't it seem sad that drivers like Fisichella, Coultard, Barrichello, and Ralf all have secure seats in F1, despite having had race winning cars for many more seasons than Jacques, yet failing to chalk up as many wins as he (let alone a WDC) that it is Jacques who doesn't have a drive in F1??? Sad indeed. |

Firman - makes much mistakes, too slow Pizzonia - same as Firman Frentzen - time to retire perhaps Panis - same as Frentzen M Schumacher - for him it is better to retire when he is still fighting for championship IN: Gene, Wurz - good testing work Dixon - NZ back to F1 Junqueira - great performance in F3000 and CART N.Rosberg - family traditions, and he is also a very good driver |

Ahhh sorry but I think you know I mean road circuit ...you know those tracks when they actually turn left AND right!
Montoya and Gordon will be swapping cars in a couple weeks time for a little fun event. I guess we'll see then if Jeff, once getting a taste for an F1 car, finds his NASCAR a little sluggish. Last edited by TeddyG; 28 May 2003 at 03:13. |
