Will session 2 have the same cars from the first? Or a different set?

"All 37 cars are set to be in action for the second session of the WEC Prologue, which begins at 6 p.m. local time (10 a.m. ET) and lasts for five hours."

Yeah. It will only be the last session that will be different and will miss those cars from today.
IF got a few more laps in, but was still limited. Low number of laps from Corvette too. |

Apparently. But they're showing lap count as the leaders instead of lap time.

Tagging on to the timing order posts above - looks like the timing is treating the session as a race, in which case total laps would dictate running order.
Hopefully this isn't the protocol for qualifying... |

They did this at the Le Mans test I believe as well, but got it sorted in the end.

You can actually see lap times by clicking on the "best lap" section of the live timing.

+ 1. Its an exercice for RC. The session has been red flagged because of a cat on track? After the LM squirrel, WEC bring us to wildlife.

If you click on 'expert mode' in the top right corner a toggle named 'best sectors' will appear. By enabling that it will sort the order by best lap time instead of most laps

With 30 minutes to go Alpine and IF are the only teams to not dip in to the 1:42 range or better.

Lots and lots of laps run.
IF didn’t do as many as some, but got a decent amount of running in. |

There is quite a range of max speeds across the GTs. The Lexus are super fast, not so much the Corvettes.

Good morning - or good evening to all! Session 3 has just started.
What I do see from the timesheets from yesterday - it was a bit of a suprise though that the teams originally chosen to drive just today were on track and clock decent amount of laptimes - that Toyota s disadvantage is pretty immense compared to the rest of the field. The Ferraris are immediately up to speed, as other manufacturers too. Impressions? PS: can anyone send me/us a PC supported live timing linik? It seems to work only on the WEC app. Thank you! |

Are Jaguar coming back?
"A third and final red flag came out with just over 90 minutes left, which a WEC spokesperson told Sportscar365 was called because several cats had made their way onto the circuit." |
