I give him credit for hanging in there and working hard to make it happen. From hero(F1) to zero(Auto GP) to hero again, I'm not sure so many drivers would have pushed as hard to make it back.

he's definitely shown the merit of using a lesser known series like autogp to regain confidence and have another shot at the better known stuff like gp2.
i admire his honesty when talking about the decisions he's made as a driver too. |

Yes, in both 2005 and 2006. Double R Racing. He was 3rd in the championship in 2006 behind Mike Conway and Oliver Jarvis. Won several races and also travelled over to Australia and won 3 of the 4 F3 races supporting the Australian GP at Melbourne. He was 2nd in the first one, but his flight had been delayed and he had to change into his overalls in the taxi from the airport.
