I think Vees weigh a bit more. Lots of standard Beetle bits you see. Thing is - money. Its goes a lot further in vee, plus heats and finals at most meetings make the series super strong - and the irish like to play with us every year...
70 point scorers this year - gotta make it the biggest single seater series in the UK. Last edited by ss_collins; 10 Dec 2004 at 17:14. |

Only just - NW FF1600 had 69, I think.
Having said that, I suspect Mono may have had more. Last edited by Ian Sowman; 10 Dec 2004 at 17:20. |

You didn't specify that it had to be single class! Mono had 100 points scorers for the record, with Mono 2000 most popular with 45 scorers.

69 point scorers in NW FF1600 alone this season and that is only one of four regional series, never mind the Classics, Historics and Northern Ireland folks. |

Nope, the four regional FF1600, plus the King of Kents, plus the FF1800 is one permit, with one co-ordinator. Therefore there would have been hundreds of Fordies scoring points in 2004.
All I was trying to convey to Sam was that NW had only one less points scorer - as a Regional - than FVee had as a National. He just needs to realise that there is more to life than FVee - good as it is. but FF1600 is better [but only IMHO] |

FF1600 and Formula Vee are equally good. Formula 4 is good as well, as is 750 Formula, Stock Hatch etc. And Locosts.

Ed Moore is the 2004 King of Kents... but if you REALLY want to know, check clubff1600.co.uk out around Christmas time.
