I think that the PHART affair has been discussed in some detail here, and it is obvious Rambo missed this smelly sorry episode of Tom Walkinshaw's duplicity. Perhaps if Rambo can comprehend the reason for PHART's pathetic attempts to pretend to enter F1, he might understand the whole saga a little better.
