But nevertheless, racing is racing and I can't see of anyway to stop it. Don't forget by diving accross the grid you YOURSELF are taking a risk. You are putting YOUR car in jeapordy. If drivers want to take that risk with other driver's cars (who are inconcequencial to your own) AND their own that's the risk you take.

BTW there was NO WAY Schumi could have seen fischi.
1) He was in the blind spot
2) try looking in those tiny mirrors over the bumps at 130mph
3) To be frank, YES he WAS too busy concentrating on what was ahead ie a Mclaren going accross him.

It was an accident. I don't cite blame with Schumacher because I'm not citing blame with ANYONE.

Tristan, i agree with you. At this point, blame is pointless. However this startline swerve must be stopped.

Liz has it right; TGF created the environment for this sort of churlish driving and now it is accepted and mimicked.

This sounds reasonable.

It was an accident, pure and simple. As to whether it was the responsibility of the car in front to give allowance for the car behind or vice versa, the important thing here is consistancy.

What ticked me off is that TGF was blamed for "dangerous" starts, but here, when DC was the one who did the maneouvre, it's TGF's fault when it took out two cars.

BTW, has TGF officially went on the record that he is blaming Fissy or vice versa?

I don't think anybody is going to excuse DC for being as **** as TGF, but it's ludicrousfor TGF to point the finger at Fisi - what could he do?

It was TGF who started appling these tactics, that's the problem. Oh, and people like to jump on bandwagons.

But seriously, there's nothing in the rules against it, no can there ever be (you think of a rule to stop it!! I can't!!) When you perform such a move YOU take a risk too. In that repect, I also fell there is NO NEED (in a mark and lard stylie) for a rule change. Racing is racing.

Agreed. Racing is racing and accidents like this do happens.
