Strong Q for Ferrari. But Porsches are close and you can never underestimate Toyota. Interesting race tomorrow for sure.

Is it just me, or is it that the Ferrari Hypercar far better than the F1 car.
Not to mention a lot of people in the stands today, looks like folks are coming out to see what's all the buzz is about. |

WEC is coming to Italy and as if by coincidence, Ferrari is almost a second ahead of the others! I wonder who might win in Japan...

Home favorites? At least in qualifying it seemed that way but lets see how the race pans out. Double stints and getting the tires in the right spot is the key here.

That was a spectacular qualifying session. I wonder if it's worth making it 20 minutes to make things a little less on the edge, certainly for Spa.
Really disappointed with Cadillac. Having tested here and with their BOP push, I was really hoping this was the event where it would all come together in Europe for the first time. If anything, they seem to be further away from the front than ever before. |

Caddy is a bit puzzling but everyone else had some bop adjustments too. And they weren't miles off, could be setup just wasn't perfect with conditions at the track today? |

The Caddy was only a second off fastest in qualifying. That’s second fastest car in most eras of sportscar! Not today, it’s way behind.

French manufacturers not happy with their pace. Lynn believes that CGR didn't find the optimal setup for the Caddy. |

Toyota was a bit scrappy in qualifying.

I feel that Cadillac suffer for not having a second car. Whether that changes in the future im not sure.
As for the BOP/being allowed to run a "third factory car"... no comment. |

Word on the street is that JOTA is the frontrunner to take over the Cadillac next year - with powerful HERTZ sponsorship that should enable them to run two cars.

Makes sense. Cadillac are in need of two cars but they don't want to pay too much apparently. And above all, JOTA are the best team they can get.

Messy start - a Peugeot, both Alpines and a 911 littered around T1.
Edit - An actually quick safety car. A dying breed unfortunately. Last edited by J Jay; 21 Apr 2024 at 11:11. |

Another Mustang, another rear end in bits.
This is beyond silly now, Ford need to be treated harshly until it is sorted. |

This is bubbling up nicely. The gaps are staying small.
Ferrari in control at the moment but the Toyota looks strong and you can't forget about the Porsche's with their recent performances. BMW as the dark horse keeping in the mix. |

I know its on the WEC app if you are subscribed to it. But several cars have in car cam streaming on youtube. But honestly Ferrari is the only one that is watchable. The others like Peugoet and BMW have the camera too car back. Can't see much.
