You must know something then Cybers, welcome back by the way.
He could only be played by one of the old 50's stars, Bogart ? I could not think of a modern player although there must be a few. SL |

All I know is what I have read on DSC and IMDB; and frankly, I can't think of anyone suited for the role right now either. As long as it isn't van Damme

Sorry I don't read DSC as the forum is hard to read and to pay to read news released the second it is released when 30 minutes later it is available on the net does to me not make sense.
However each to his own. SL |

Was on the track yesterday...
I stopped fast at the track yesterday, to buy a book at the museum. I had the confirmation that the two cars for the movie must qualify as well as the others ! Not easy... especially in this category (see the LMP 900 entry list !?!
The movie is not done !!! |

Freisinger, subject to invite by ACO.
I'm sure he has driven a 908 at historic races, not sure about anything else |

Freisinger must be pretty safe for an invite - they've been stalwart supporters of Le Mans for quite a few years now. Has Chad done enough to gain the necessary licence (I don't know too much about these things....).

Personally I agree about the dsc forum, that's why its due to be totally revamped in the coming weeks. As for the pay to read point. Very little of our news is drawn from press releases. We do print some of this stuff, but only to make dsc a one stop shop for Sportscar and GT fans. You seem to have overlooked the other facets of the site - I would argue that the coverage we give to race meeetings (eg ALMS, British GT) is unmatched anywhere in any medium. The feature material we provide is almost always exclusive to dsc and the photography! Well if you can find better sportscar and GT photography, consistently anywhere on the web please post the url, I'd love to see it! I realise that there's resistance to paying for services on the web but in reality it is impossible to provide an in depth service like dsc without cashflow - sad perhaps but definitely realistic! After all most of us regularly pay far more for far less from a printed magazine or two! I hope you do look in and register, if not I think you'll be missing out. Graham |

Back to the firlm and the DAMS entries, has anyone heard any rumours yet about who will be pedaling the camera-cars?

Hmm, not too sure about the English translation on that page. It's probably translated by computer. As a computer nerd myself I find it reassuring that computer based language translation is still so poor!

Gerard Lanvin - hm, I must confess I haven't heard of him before. He would certainly look the part, although I believe he is over 50 already. |

And the Panoz is not correctly labelled either, is it? Surely that's the miserable 2001 car?

Just found this on Dailysportcar.com:-
It tells us who is going to drive which car Perry McCarthy, Marc Duez and Jerome Policand in the Panoz LMP Roadster, Sascha Maassen, Michel Neugarten and Philippe Gache in the DAMS / Berridge Lola B98 / 10. |
