Except then you had too many team orders and usually there was domination by one team. The engine suppliers would massively favour one team. It wasn’t free to air telly, well there was rarely telly. There were even times when drivers would use other parts of the track, like an escape road, to get an advantage on a qualifying lap. And then the drivers! Too many pay drivers, rich folk just playing. And the drivers were a bit upity and never tweeted.

I gave it a 1, despite it being quite good I realised I've never rated a race as 1. So I did.

Maybe it's confirming my bias that I've never rated a race with a 1.

A six. It lacked the more drawn-out side-by-side stuff of Austin and had some of the spirit go out of it when Vettel and Hamilton were consigned to coming through from the back. Just didn't compare to Austin for me.
