Yes, but it’s much better when the number 2 is able to get as much wins as drivers from other teams. But I’ve banged on about that enough

But in this year the number two has two more wins than any other driver in the field and as many other podiums as others but its still not enough to get close.....

This season is more the story of two races:
Will he get to the front and how many laps will it take? And then who is gonna win the rest, and that appears to be a fairly close contest often. In that instance I would say this was decent but not outstanding so give it a 6 or 7, was entertaining and didn't feel a need to just skip to the end |

I just wish we had more stories to keep us interested. Spa was an interesting event, we had plenty going on down the field, but the fight for the win was a bit of a damp squib.
So not a bad race, but could be better, so a 6. Just wish the rain could have livened it up more, instead of only being a passing shower |

Personally, I really enjoyed it. Maybe in part because it was good to be back on the sofa as opposed to the experience of watching at the circuit (and the Hungarian race was so boring that it made me want to buy tickets to a paint drying event), maybe it was the fact that it's Spa and the corners are so rivetting. But I think it was also the fact that we saw lots of non-DRS passes. Gasly's move on I forget who (anyone remember?) was a particular delight. We also saw battles throughout the race. I should give it an 8, because it was great fun, even when I watched it late at night, but I'll be mean and choose 7, because the DRS still rendered some stuff too easy on the Kemmel Straight.

I don’t think it was that bad, a good watch to pass the time. Hungary was ok, but not great. Certainly a few drivers in out of position grid slots contributed to some passing and we had some moments of interest. However the win was still a runaway and no one else was able to challenge…
