That totally sucked about Tomas He was running so well and was doing the right thing.
Sounds like Dario's spotter screwed up on this one....I don't think Dario knew what was going on. Good race for Tony! Dixon went from "zero to hero" and redeemed himself for his faux pas at Homestead. Do you realize it's 4 weeks unti lthe next race!? April 18....same day as Long Beach (although this race will be on @ 12:30 am). |

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful job by Kanaan! He had it in the bag from the first lap
Poor Scheckter, he was having a good race. Although I would think he would be quite understanding since I recall him having a little problem with crashing into things last year |

It was a good race, as for the next race beign in four weeks I wouldn't complain we haven't seen a single race you guys have seen 2. As for Adrian way to let us down. ABC's coverage was bad this was uppose to be the network premiere where was the hooplah!! like when Nascar shows up at FOX or when they switch to NBC.

oddly enough the ESPN coverage was better than normal, I swear the ad breaks were shorter and less frequent (i.e. not every 3 minutes!!) the commentaters seemed a bit out of it but then they usually are, got a lot of names and numbers mixed up. was especially funny when Franchitti crashed and one of them kept calling him Herta.... must have had a big weekend

good results for Tony & Scott (& Wheldon too, was he third again?) Bad luck to Scheckter. Must watch the tape later; I'm sure everyone in my shop wondered what commentary was coming out of my PC this am

Sigh. I'd been waiting for him to really prove me right, and that's what he did today!

ABC also managed to miss most if not all of the crashes while on commercial break, you'd come back to see a pile of wrecked cars. Just bad luck.

Tony Kanaan really dominated this race. I am always happy to see a guy like this win. Even though Kaanan was cheated out of the family business by his uncle and sustained some bad injuries in Japan last year, he still remains optimistic and approachable. Kanaan and Catroneves have more charisma (and driving talent) than anyone in NASCAR. Maybe some day American fans will take notice.

Three point for me at my first pick; could have gone better, but never complain.
