Nah, that stopped whne Keke retired.
I don't think there will be any loopholes. Even if there is then there is likely to be condemation from others that would make it not worthwhile. Not worthwhile for the teams or the tobacco companies, who are generally on best behaviour nowadays. The general issue of whether tobacco advertising should be banned (not just from F1) is more of a parc ferme discussion. There are threads there, but they might be old. Feel free to opena new one if you want to discuss it. |

If he was being paid to do that then no it wouldn't be allowed.
Oh, BTW, I meant to say earlier in this thread "Mmmmm, Cheese". |

Because the sponsor lined up for it won't go on the car while it still has cigarette advertising.

Perhaps in the mean time they'll use tentenths.com for a reduced rate.

Question, don't know if anyone can answer...F1 will have to cease using tobacco logos, but will tobacco companies have to stop using F1 images? I say this because West have a McLaren on their cartons at the moment and this strikes me as perhaps a certain way round the ban. It would certainly work if the tobacco companies are telling the truth when they say they're trying to persuade current smokers to change brands. I suspect they aren't, however - they don't have a history of honesty.
