I know of a single seater but what I saw was not an A1GP chassis. Other than that, am not going to say any more but it wasn't a prototype. Will just have to wait and see

I think it might be the orange-and-silver paint job, but for some reason I don't see any significant changes betwen the Panoz and the Lola. I mean, I see that the shape has obviously changed, but I guess I don't see the 'Wow' factor. I think I need to see the Panoz do its stuff on the track!
God - when is 2007 coming?!?!?!?!?!?!? |

This is the missing pic from the original set that I posted the link to -
An unknown Panoz car in development , it looks like it is normally aspirated and is supposedly a European car design , GP2 , A1 - who knows ??? What do you think Enjoy Last edited by venturi; 29 Jan 2007 at 11:40. |

hmm dont know actually, now ive looked more, the air box looks familure to the A1 car, and those sidepods do as well. the back and the way the air box arches down is more gp2 though.
guess we will have to wait |

Plus GP2 needs to update to look like mini-F1, which would point to a more "busy" sidepod.
But A1GP doesn't have the reason or the money to bother. |

So do we have a count of how many of the new cars have been built and delivered and who bought them?
Are we in for yet another low-car-count season? |

The most recent info I have is : 14 delivered and I believe they said 2 completed and delivered each week. which would make about 16 currently.

At least 14 have been built and delivered - 13 were at Sebring plus 1 in the Conquest garage. I would guess there will be a minimum of 18, max 20 at Las Vegas.

I hate waiting. ChampCar does this to us every year. You'd think I'd be used to it. I look forward to the day that CC gets it together and the fields are full of good cars and quality drivers.
