We camp just inside the hairpin. That's a great spot for getting the brake rotor glow photos. Also good locations all the way from there to turn 10, no fences in the way, and some good backgrounds as well.

I was wondering about backgrounds so it is good to hear. At Silverstone, an ex-airfield, the backgrounds are pretty dull.

Taking pics at Fangio (8 & 9), you can get the occasional lorry and the beautiful factory / warehouse complex outside the track...

Also at turn 8, if you take panning shots aiming slightly back towards the hairpin (standing under that little batch of trees) you can get some very nice shots with palm trees in the background.

That is years away, you have time. Oh wait.....

Driving and camping? Or flying and hotel? Ive only been twice. Drove once and flew once, but camped both times. Can't go wrong at Sebring, well mostly because its default condition is madness!
