But alive, had an e-mail exchange regarding Spyker today. Nothing mentioned about the appearance of the 2nd car.
Looks like it is indeed set up for the Spa 24 hours already (as it was on the testday) and they intend to keep it that way. |

I for one am really looking forward to the GT1 battle between the Larbre AM and the Oreca Saleen... And I hope that the PSI C6-R can keep up with the pace on Dunlups. Well, in a couple of days I'll find out, when I'm in Germany! |

They seem to have changed the schedule. There are two 90 minute free practice sessions on Saturday followed by qualifying on the same day. This means we can sleep in on Sunday !!

Hello
It does seem a bit light on the LMP1 category but if you lump all the LMP 1 & 2 cars together they should make a decent sight going into (and hopefully out of) the first corner. I still think the GT1 category with 3 Corvettes, 2 Aston Martin DBR9, a Saleen and a Ferrari will be the most interesting battle. So, Spyker or Panoz to win GT2? Nick |

DSC are reporting that Swiss Spirit are going to upgrade their LC70 and possibily take it too Laguna Seca and Sebring for 2007 .
What do they mean by upgrade ? Possibily the new 5.5 Judd V10 . Any ideas ? |

If I remember rightly, it also mentioned some chassis and suspension upgrades - don't have it in front of me at the moment. Bearing this in mind I think it bodes extremely well for the LC70 as a concept. The Swiss Spirit car isn't a million miles away in terms of speed vs the Pescarolo. With a bit of development (and given there are four cars actively competing out there, there shouldn't be any shortage of data) I think we could see this as a genuine contender next year. |

The old S101's used in previous years were powered by the GV4, but the engine which replaced the Mugen V8 in the hybrid prior to Le Mans this year was a GV5 S1. |

Bentley and gwyllion are right, only the Pescas had the S2 on them at LM, Jan had the S1 (which also caused quite some discussion on the forum and on the RfH site)
