I'm thinking that Sandown might be a track that favours the mustangs.

Any reason the teev mob, who have known there would be 26 cars in the field for some time, only shows the top 25 cars on the screen totem?

Especially in practice and qualifying when all the cars are out & about..

The totem doesn't go past 25. A legacy of then new 2023(?) graphics package.

Skaifey says Moffatt does a workman like job and doesn't crash the car

Wasn't Moffatt three from three in terms of crashing in the GRM Commodore pre-covid?

The mustangs have been winning on the more free flowing tracks of late and the camaros on the tracks that are tighter but practice at sandown seems to dispel this theory and their co-drivers appear to be faster at this stage........wait and see what happens I guess.

Little bit wet overnight in the Melbourne, forecast for rain showers up until midday, then possibly a thunderstorm or heavy showers for the rest of the afternoon.

Should keep the drivers and codrivers on their toes for the day.

Did Dutto stock up on the 3M Imaginary Line Tape for the weekend?

Nice pole for Mr Brown..

Given that V8Supercar will not allow tyre warmers, of indeed allow the big heating fans to raise the temps of the rubber, why don’t they simply allow 2 warm up laps and then go..

Costs up to 6 and a bit km of engine life & fuel…
