aye the toyota GTX turbo's were very nice looking with that massive rear wing hanging out at the rear its a very mean looking car and ill update my list if we can include group C's then
1.) mercedes CLR 2.) pegeot 905 3.)jaguar XJR14 4.)porsche 962C 5.)jaguar XJR12 in the 1991 silk cut colours they were in my opinion nicer in all purple but thats just personal preference 6.) toyota eagle's, always very nice cars on the eye the eagle's were tremendously quick little things a shame they never were able to tackle the mulsanne though |

Hello
I'm glad this thread has been resurrected . I liked virtually anything that ran in Group C but top of the pile was definitely the Lancia LC2 fabulous looking car IMO. The Ford C100 and the Porsche 956 in the original Rothmans livery were also great looking cars as were the late Nissans. Nick |

Is there any danger of people choosing three, as the thread promoted?
Any chance that people could put them in some order of significance? Or better yet, actually limit yourselves to things from the GTP class? Oh, guess what, my favourites are the African Elephant, Rainbow Lorikeet, this pencil sharpener, and the toaster downstairs.... Oh, an they are in no particular order!! The McLaren was not a GTP, and even if you trick yourself into thinking it was, it still wasn't! I think there should be a rule that if you can't limit yourself to posting three when the thread asks for three, then the mods just delete the extra ones. Also, if the car isn't from the right class, GTP in this instance, than the post is just deleted. What's the point of asking someone's opionion if they are off with the fairies when they go and post what ever is their favourite regardless of the restrictions placed in the thread topic. Now, don't say this post ruined the thread; that was done long ago; it's a mess isn't it! By the time I read through this thread to the end, I had lost any interest in posting my favourite three GTP cars, because it no longer seemed important to the thread. You should all face the corner, and hang your heads in shame. Oh, I am so disappointed, as I did expect better from you all. |
