I Ate Yoko Ono should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
On that basis Ferrari must have been in bad times since 1950 then.

I think Ron probably knew the appeal would be lost, but now he has a precedent to throw at the FIA next time they penalise one of his cars for doing the same thing. He is a very shrewd man, is Ron Dennis, he didn't do this for nothing.

After I just have read this I think: if you want your own driver out of the race why not ban only Hakinnen out just because this is VERRY STUPID of Ron to to make some protest if your own driver have done it. Seems to me that he want to lose the race what is good about that ?

Would he be allowed to keep the time from this last lap?
You've been watching Fawlty Towers again, havn't you!!!

I've never done this before and I will probably never do this again. So don't hold it against me to much please.

I think Ron Dennis is right. In a way.

I don't think he wants the 17 drivers to lose their fastest lap or anything like that. One of those drivers is one of his. I think he just wants the rules cleared up.

Your not allowed to keep your fastest laptime if you set it under yellow flag conditions. The rule was not applied and Ron wants to now exactly why. It must be somewhere in the regulations, or else it will get in there. Then the next time something like this happens Ron's drivers can keep their laptimes when Ferrari comes to ***** about it. Or williams or Jordan or BAR. They all moan and *****. Ron just does it more often and more obvious.
