Thank you for not posting who had the lowest number of points (my gamble of hoping for a wet qualifying session didn't pay off).

It could have worked but one hour of sun is enough for them to hit times. I was a bit optimistic with my 3'13''800 but I think they could have approach it.

Thanks for hosting this.
Pretty cool to come away with a podium finish, I don't think I have had that in any kind of prediction competition ever so far Congrats to nasdriv87, he just did a better job |

And another new winner - we still haven't had anyone win it twice...... !
(I don't think I've ever even come close!) |

joint P4 for me! Quite pleased with that as I literally strung some numbers together in 5 mins, if not less

I was actually going to pick Ferrari for GTE at first but I was hoping BMW would get their win before leaving. I figured that would be a long shot but oh well. I was surprised to see the times of the non-hybrid lmp1s compared to nearly all of our guesses here. I didn't think 3:16's were going to be seen because I figured no one would really try to match Toyota. I hope they can get this close for the upcoming season.

I thought getting 1st, 2nd and 3rd right would've got me somewhere close. Perhaps a rethink for the points weighting might be worth looking at (not retrospectively!) to avoid it all being about how close on quali lap-times you get. (I gambled on wet too - and my Corvette win just alluded me too!) Just a thought.
Thanks to all for organizing. Good fun. |
