Only two people voted (so far) for Lewis, you and me, however, both for totally different reasons. I thought it strange that DOTR would qualify for "keeping Nico honest", surely there must be more to it than that, in your view?
Would you have voted for Rosberg under similar circumstances? If so you would have several occasions to do so this year. Ps; You will have noted from previous posts that I am not a fan of out World Champion, so please excuse any seeming slight. Cheers, Bob. |

I thought Lewis was DotR too. During the week, Hamilton made a herculean effort to overcome the adversity of a fever and several parked cars conspiring against him and he would have won the race comfortably if he had been allowed to.

Imagine if both Mercs broke down in Q1 in Abu Dhabi before setting a lap time. What a race that could be! Although no doubt the conspiracy theorists would have a field day if that happened!

I strongly suspect Hamiltons 'fever' was much like Kimi just being 'tired' when photographed staggering about with an inflatable dolphin. Or Montoya and his 'tennis injury'. |

Standout results for me were Vettel, with a 33 second margin over his teammate, and Rosberg, with enough of a margin over his world champion one and the pressure that goes with it. I'm going to give it to the other Nico, and one of this year's Le Mans winners, with another excellent performance in São Paulo.
