Richo getting slower? - Page 2

I've never been the biggest richo fan but i still have lots of respect for him. Shock Horror Richo has had some teething problems with the new cars. Look at the size of the teams in front of him - Vip, Glenfords and Bob Jane. The first two teams are a lot bigger that Jims so that would surely be a big advantage in testing and getting the set up right during practice. Give Jim some time and he will be back up the front

People like Tratt and Ash Samadi are there because they enjoy racing and can afford it. As you said that Tratt hasn't been in the top ten of the V8 for a long time, so as far as I can see he did the right thing in steping down to a different category where he can run at his pace and have fun.

Has something happened... has Richo lost some of his winning pace? The race times had the Oamps car a fair way down from the other cars in the field, in time elapsed & position..

I dont particularly rate any of the blokes ahead of him in the field, which has me thinking and wondering if the ol' bloke is losing the edge he has had like forever...

Sad if this is his last season in the class....

In a perverse way, I wish JR was slowing down, because he has always said that when he is too old and slow to race professionally, he will build a Historic Touring Car and race for the fun of it.

I can't think of too many blokes who would be more welcome in the Historic Touring car ranks, but i think we will have to wait a while yet, the old bugger is still damn quick.
