Right, I've bypassed the Complex like you've done - that way the hairpin would still be a decent overtaking spot

Plenty of space run-off there, and facilities if you wanted to move them. It's quite a good potential location for redevelopment - I guess that's why whoever bought it decided to buy it in the mid 90's and revamp it. Pembrey's another one like that - loads of space if they wanted to expand, and it's right next to the main railway line
