The press conference where they interview the team manager and crew chief, and they take questions from the press is a great watch. Gives you an insight into the work Shane does outside the car, and the level this guy is operating at. These guys were impressed the first day Shane arrived. You can see the level of respect they have for Shane when he walks in and sits down. It is clear that this has sent a shockwave through NASCAR.

Watched the on-board, 3 and a half hours from memory, so just cherrypicked bits. Seemed to do it with something left on the table, I wonder how he will go on an oval though.

I have recorded that, yet to watch. I think we are talking about the same thing.

Finished the Fox program, NASCAR highlights package it seems, and the Giz only got sporadic mentions until the last five or so laps. He had bags of pace in hand at the end, either a VERY strong engine or great tyre management. Might even be an element of skill involved too ...

Unfortunately Fox / Kayo takes the somewhat inferior world feed for their coverages.

Reported in AA that Brodie is off to race in the Indy Nascar road course event.
I bet he will race hard and hope the offers roll in similar to above.
If so, it's probably guaranteed he would be there in 24.

Could this also prompt a SVG return...

The thing he has going for him is all the years he already spent racing in the US.

I would think that history plus SVG's recent performance, and Brodie's form in the Gen3 car would have got his phone ringing, and good on him.

He's a good bloke, very good at engineering a car, and he has clearly made many sacrifices to get to where he is today.
