shiny side up! should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Yes, if he is in the best car on the grid and can keep his teammate at bay. Anything less than that ideal situation: No.

I think that sums it up very well Shiny. In the right circumstances he can be fantastic - as good as Schuey. But I'm not convinced he could do it regularly enough, which is the real reason that Schuey gets the 'extra' support - he is a better driver and a better bet for a championship. However, if Michael leaves and the Ferrari is still a competitive proposition then I think Rubens is capable of winning the title but I doubt that he will.

The real question should be "Could Barrichello be champion if MS broke his leg again?" He's not good enough to beat MS on a regular basis in the same car.

No. as Ron Dennis said, being winners without MS isn't as good as beating him and I can't see Ferrari or MS letting Rubens win the WDC while the line up stays the same.

Outside of Ferrari I can't see him winning one either.
So would Rubens then actually be considered a "Champion" if Michael "let him win the WDC?"

The question is "Does RB have the talent?" Not whether he has to ask: "Mother may I?" before doing something.
