I came away with a slight tan at Knockhill '99. How unusual for Knockhill!

I just didn't go back last year as I thought there wouldn't be enough good racing.

This started out as touring car circuits but I think Craig is right, this is better off in Trackside.

Les should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
That is my favorite spot just wish they would trim the trees in the middle.
Last year we were persuaded to sit in the stand at Clervaux which is not so good.

I agree with Rick with Croft. That is where I spent my first meeting at Croft for BTCC but also enjoyed the view from Clervaux the following year, not sitting in the stand, though, Les. We stood on the grass bank a bit further round away from the start finish. That wasn't a bad view.

When I went in 1997, standing at the Complex was all you could do! Our feet and the bottom of our jeans were IN the mud. Very, very wet meeting that was.

My vote is for Donington.

Not only is it the easiest for me to get to (therefore most visits etc), but it's also a great track for both driving and spectating (... Old Hairpin comes up v.quick when you're diving down the Kraners)& it's 'natural bowl'layout means that from certain spots you can get views of a good deal of the track.

Silverstone's got some good points too (stand right by the fencing just before Bridge & watch the cars go past if you want a real feeling of speed - and dizzyness after a while)

But overall it's got to be DP!
