The company can still supply cars to other series, they just can't use the car designed for the IRL in another series, which is what Lola were thinking of doing (at that stage CART were still going to be using IRL type cars)

that 'rule' is pure dictator bullcrapola
it is free business to run and sell whatever to whomever, how did he get away with this ruling under current MONOPOLY laws in the states? |
