Can somebody tell what actually happened with Team Le Mans? Feel like they sudden partway with Toyota after get championship?

About Team LeMans,
There was a rumor that Team LeMans wanted to use Yoshiaki Katayama (Team owner's son) for Super Formula.
So there seemed to be a dispute between the team and Toyota.
However, I don't think that would lead Team LeMans to split with Toyota.

And there is a rumor of feud between Team LeMans (its parent company Okayama International Circuit) and Toyota.
Toyota's junior driver, Kazuto Kodaka, had a trouble with the Okayama International Circuit.
OIC refused his Okayama round F3 entry in this June.
There seems to be some trouble between OIC and Kodaka.

However, this seems to be far from the reason for the separation between Toyota and Team LeMans.

So basically about 1.66 million USD for a non-running car. That's basically LMP1 money a few years ago. Also about what a Porsche RS Spyder retailed for from 2006-09.

GTA had issued a bulletin to ban the installation of a fuel storage chamber behind the fuel flow meter in late September.
Perhaps this might be a banned engine technology of Nissan.
