Apologies for delay, but I received this from Driftwood a few weeks ago:-

' ...and then there's the *Wagner*- based on a single-seater chassis I
think, it turned up in German Supercup races in the late 80's. Frankly,
words fail me on this one....

http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2371/...a6d932f753.jpg

this is MM81-2 car was raced by Guerro in europ f2 car went to ZA raced
with mazda motor in Sigma series then back to eec wagner planned in 85
to make it into f3000 car but did nowt

car was for sale 5 years ago i kick myself for not buying not for the
price of a Fford or a donkey F3 car!'

And no, this is not another opportunity for anyone to comment on his ban (any such posts will be deleted); he knows why. Nevertheless, he and I remain on amicable terms and if he wants to pass info on through me, I'm happy to do so, giving him due accreditation.

Good that some know about MTX. My knowledge of Czech motorsport used to start and finish with rally Skodas.........

Pictured car was converted from 'domestic' spec to 2l BMW and took part in some Interserie races in 1977.

AJEC01 Phase 2

David Brunsdon built a car for SR2. That car is now out in the OSS with a 3-litre M3 engine.

I've recently spotted a picture of Tony Dean at Cadwell breaking the outright lap record in his Crossle BMW so when I find it again, I'll pop it on.[/QUOTE]

Did you ever find this picture again?

Mick.

This B21 ran a BMW M12. Clemens Schikendanz drove it. not quite the works car that was driven by dieter questor until destroyed.

This BMW powered chevron was on the hills in the late 70's when I saw it driven by Dave Garrnet.

AJEC RACING

Bon Jour Cotton 250 and Stuart Thompson,
It would appear that my reply is circa 12 months old!!
Re David Brunsdon and AJEC racing,
David lives about 15 miles from me over here in rural France, in the Charente region to be exact.
He is still actively involved in motor racing,I shall try to attach some info for your perusal.
David used to race in the BMW saloon car championships that I also raced in many years ago.
Kind Regards,
Les Dalton.

I think the Quester car still survives. If you are speaking about the one he crashed bady around 1972-3. if so it was sold (still damaged I think...) to Vasek Polak in California. They repaired it & raced it over there. It returned to BMW after Polak passed away.
