Changing valve spring isn't considered a loophole-the Busch Series has been doing it for 2 years with NASCAR's approval.

the one motor rule has been standing in the busch series for a while now. the rule is to save the teams money. no more having to build a light weight qualifier. |

I think that this is going to make it a real interesting year. I can't wait to see how it goes, how it will change the average qualifying run. For a change- Qualifying will really indicate a better engine/car! I'm just ready to get on with it! |
