Jacques has publically stated that the numbers on your paycheque prove what you are worth. It will be very hard for him to back down from that stance and essentially admit that he's worth only about 10% of what he is currently being paid.
And what are the odds of Jacques being (1) hired at Ferrari (which still idolizes his father and would relentlessly compare the two, clearly to Jacques' detriment, and force him to discuss his father in every interview) (2) given a contract to place him on equal footing with TGF, whom he loathes and who feels equally unimpressed with him? I'd call them roughly equal to the chance that Michael Andretti will be asked to drive for the new All American F1 Team. (Personally I'd rather have Mario!) |
