Indeed. Jaguar should have got a kick in the bum as well.

Its not a huge thing, but pit safety in my book is as serious as passing under waved yellows. Being as it is the team and not the driver in control in that situation, the team should wear the penality (instead of the driver).

I think the deduction on WCC points between 1-10 points (depending on how serious the incident was) would be more appropriate.

Back to the DC-Webber thing, you will find by the time they got to the end of pit lane Webber had lifted and slotted in behind DC.

Iirc, Mark was still beside DC, albeit, a tad behind, but there was nowhere for him to go other than to slot in behind DC once they released the limiters.
