Wow! Six races to go and still five riders with a chance at the championship! When did that last happen?!

The Doctor has been discharged from hospital. Wouldn't surprise if we saw back on the grid before the end of the season, remember how quickly he got back from injury in 2010?

Surely they would from the sake of constructor points? Seems a bad move IMHO

Thing is
Nakasuga can probably just about scrape a top 15? So why would they bother. Unless you are dropping a Lowes or Van de Mark in there, there is no point. And though they are Yamaha riders, they are not old fashioned factory riders racing for Yamaha direct, they are riding for Denning's UK based team. |

That is never going to happen, he is already riding for a rival team, it doesn't not work that way anymore.

that could've worked if he was employed by Yamaha Racing and not Tech3

Like him or not Marquez always rides at ten tenths and falls off in practice as much (or more) as the rest of the field to see how far he can push his luck, Obviously being his home GP he wanted to win and did in great style, however the man of the meeting for me was Rossi riding with a broken strapped up leg after only missing the last round. As well as finishing the race in 5th place just behind his team mate he qualified on the front row. also it was good to see Jorge Lorenzo coming back to his form after swapping camps

The thing I find odd about Marquez is the fact he has fallen off 22 times this year and not hurt himself significantly yet.

Marquez must know where to crash so he doesn't hurt himself. Anyway, great battle between him and Lorenzo, the latter seeming to find his mojo again. And the Doctor once again proving what an extraordinary person he is, riding competitively with that injury, he's one of my all time heroes

The motorcycle safety gear that has improved year on year certainly has worked in most cases, the speeds that these guys crash and get up amaze me, even high sides ! Obviously track design has helped as well.
