The Porsche might have had the fastest practice laps and pole, but they weren’t consistently quicker over all their laps. So it’ll be hard for them to regain their positions.

Which incident are you referring to?

Was it he GT issue that caused the yellow? I didn’t see that what happened?

The first corner incident was more just two big lock ups. Everyone seemed to be giving everyone else room, even when the Porsche rejoined!

The Aston had only just recovered from a spin the lap prior. Not a good debut for that car.

From the brief look at the replay I saw. It looks like the 10 checked up earlier than the 7 expected. Only choice was to run into the back of the 10 or move left and hit the Aston. Obviously chose the latter. Interested to hear what campbell says.
