If that is the case, then there is no reason why the licences could not be completely interchangeable...

I think that ruling (and fund transfer) only applies to the V8 Supercars

I know it goes on, but is it really ethical for the sanctioning body to be the debt collector for the promoter?

(BTW mtpanorama, did you resolve my trev/treva issue? The thread seems to have disappeared btw the time I left work and logged on at home.):confused:
