You can build upon speed though. But if the limit of your talent is still dog slow then all the learned racecraft and discipline in the world isn't going to turn you into a winner.

Oddly enough her reputation in Indycar was performance on the ovals, snoozing on the roadcourses. She's reversed that in NASCAR - at least going by this race.

Is Nascar bored with Danica already? in the first few races the tv coverage was all about Danica, but in recent races its become less and less. Tonight i watched the last 100 laps and didn't even know she was in the race until the green white checker thats how little she was mentioned.

Good win for Sadler, Stenhouse must be annoyed.

Danica has most sleepy races. Eventually even NASCAR will become jaded.

Good win for Sadler. Stop snoozing Hornish!

Not a fan of Sadler, but found the race entertaining.

^ LOL @ Clive.

Ya know, as bad as she was at Indy, she has more seat time there than just about anybody.

No Ambrose again this year, he was disappointed last year not being able to get sponsorship lined up for a drive so the same again this year? You would think for a sponsor this is the one track were you are almost guaranteed a bunch air time and favourite to go to victory lane.

Very unlucky for her... Pity that last caution came out, Keselowski was just about to have a crack at Edwards!
Interesting that Keselowski didn't pull over for Hornsh Jnr in the run to the finish line, no team orders there, hope he don't lose the title by 1 point

As I read the results, Danica Patrick finishes 43rd, crashed 2 laps in. "Hilariously bad" is the most honest way I can say how she's been this year, and especially about some of her more recent races.

There's no excuses for one of the most disappointing performances I can remember. I'll leave it at that.

You would normally finish 43rd if you cant get thru the 1st corner - she has got 13 or 14 races left to hopefully show some improvement before next season. I hope she comes good, would be great to see her mixing it up the front with the big dogs!

As if the last couple of restarts haven't been crazy enough, this one is going to be mental!

Personally I hope Billy Johnson puts the bumper to Villeneuve, letting him taste a bit of his own medicine.
