I am sure you could marshal at other local circuits ..
and don't forget it's 12 DAYS not meetings..

By my reckoning, looking at the provisional calendars that have been released so far (which are subject to change, of course), there should be at least 25 days at Donington, which is more than enough to volunteer for the GP. That said, I would encourage you to volunteer for a meeting at another local circuit.

Indeed, learning how other circuits do things is a good way of balancing your experience, I started in August 07 and have done: Oulton Park, Anglesey, Snetterton, Thruxton, Croft, Donington, Silverstone & Rockingham with plans to add Brands and Cadwell to the list this year. Variety is the spice of life, price of Diesel permitting!
