Why only 33? Scared that someone might run into someone else? There's plenty of room on a 2 1/2 mile track - fill the grid, I say! And don't winge to me about not enough fancy-schmancy grid boxes - this is not for wooses, remember!

One last thing. Make it a standing start ... then we'll see who knows how to use a clutch. Should get plenty of tire smoke drifting up into the stands as well.

Heck, I can see that any weekend in the summer at Barrie Speedway! It's called Yellow Flag Racing - an accident every 1/8 lap! You can be lapped before you get off the start line!

Lots of excitement for everybody and the races last forever.

Thanks to all you gentleladies and men for participating in this little excercise. there were lots of fascinating little twists and turn of the original idea. But plenty of people made the mistake of taking it seriously. Please keep that in mind when reading my punch line.

I would ask the moderators to please close this thread. I would also like to ask everyone to read the new thread "Monkey see, monkey doo 500." That would be the punch line for this little excercise. I hope all of you got a good laugh out of this one and get a bigger kick out of the next one.

Thank you for allowing me to be so silly.
