Jimbo88 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Dont quote me on this but i think Bob Penrose maybe able to supply Hillclimb spec Scania's!!!

A Ralt RT1 with a rover V8? He has a Roman with a DFR this year, Ron hans has just finished it.

The Roman came from the Chanel Islands where Rob Romeril was its keeper. I thought it had a DFL engine though not a DFR?

Yes it was built by Ray Rowan and he won the 89 championship in it I think.

DFL is an unfortunate choice of TLA for a racing engine...

I remember it well, which is a touch scary! Be good to see it out again, although I will miss the Scania Rover - easily one of the top three best sounding cars out there. If they gave championship points for quality of noise, he'd have a number!

I understand someone was interested in the Ralt-Rover, is it still for sale or has the mystery Irish driver snapped it up?
