I don't think there's a difference. Price of Cup is same as TCR:

(my reaction about the price difference between DSG and sequential version: )

Had a quick look on technical data, seems almost the same. Difference is different data logger.

3 F1 weekends, 1 WEC weekend, 3 TCR National weekends. I couldnt agree more, on both accounts. This is how you set up a successful serie in the long run. Teams and manufacturers will come, for sure.

honestly i was just talking about the track. And btw i dont see such a bad thing to be the support series of main event like F1 and WEC cause in this way u can have much more visibility then in in future u can think to become main event and have other races as support.

I like the types of events the series is racing at (world championship & TCR national), but some of the circuits aren't very good (Bahrain, Oschersleben, Sochi).

Not sure this is a cost-effective calendar. May be difficult for small private teams to afford (in full season terms)

Oschersleben provided some good races in the etcc and wtcc during the S2000 era, i'd give it a chance before i judge it.

Yeah, there will definately be a crash in the first corner at Oschersleben at the start, you can't go into that corner 3 wide, but the drivers will try anyhow. I think that track suits touring cars very well. We've seen great WTCC and DTM races there, I think.
I think Sochi and Salzburgring will be potential boaring races.

Good calendar Imo.

For better or for worse, they haven't even tried South America this year though, even though I'm sure they delayed the Codegua round for 2016. Guess the main markets are where they're racing...

Great calendar, a good mix between modern F1-style big tracks and smaller classic touringcar venues. I like it!

I think there will be a new one, apart from the ones which everyone already knows about, considering the brands that we know are finalising their development, such as the Ford, the Subaru and the Alfa Romeo, which will be ready for next season.
We can have another three brands before the end of 2016, who in 2017 will be [fully] ready with their car. But at the moment I cannot tell you the brands. There will be at least three more brands.

While I hope for it to be true I've heard that story way to many times when Lotti was in charge of the WTCC. First see, then believe

So can somebody confirm to me that the Spa round of the TCR International Series will have a race on the Sunday the 8th of May, the Spa WEC race is usually a Saturday race so will the race meeting continue into Sunday the 8th with the TCR (and other) races?
