Heycoop Racing should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Could be a 'modern Le Mans start'. ie. a Rolling Start like many other events

Going to be a seriously cool weekend, can't wait to head down there now!!

You have two drivers per car, could one be seated and belted in ready to go whilst the other one has to do the sprint to the car. Be interesting if they had to run a few hundred metres.

There are still a few details we can’t talk about yet. But we can tell you that it involves the non-starting driver from each team running 250 metres to pit lane before the cars will be released. So we’re betting the teams are making sure this driver is getting in some extra training!

250 metres? Didn't realise the old Le Mans track was that wide...

What is the point though? There is no way any of the cars will be allowed to go until everyone is safely strapped in and the start line clear of pedestrians, so it can't possibly be like old times - all it will do is delay the start. Seems silly to me.

Having read the email, looks to be something different and provide some colour to the event. Is that not the idea, am sure however the details are done the driver will be strapped in and grid/pit lane clear of people .

Should be a hoot

Found this on the Highlands Facebook page. Hopefully the give it full noise out on track, imagine the sound as it goes round the big sweeper with the sound bouncing off the trees!!

Thats the one.

Does it have a V10 or V12. These cars were from before I was born, so I don't know too much about them.

Why not just post the correct information instead of making a bloody mountain out of it?

Stop antagonising others before the naughty stick comes out.
