Ridiculous and stupid move by the ACO. I understand perfectly AF Corse position threatening leave the WEC.

Ford is never "no where". The cars as fast as they want it to be politically. They can game the system to not only take pole, but have their competitors penalised too. They have no interest in a straight fight, and we seen another example of that at Le Mans. Remember at Spa, the car was short shifting everywhere and looked lost at sea until the final yellow - then once the gap had closed, the car was magically able to keep up with the leader and almost take a 'surprise' win.

Ford is playing the political game. You can say it's the ACOs fault, and it largely is, but nobody else is quite taking the **** like Ford.

As for LMPs, both LMP1 and LMP2 are looking awesome for tomorrow.

Now it seems that there were no BoP changes made to the Ferrari as per S365....
But yeah, ACO's supposedly "anti-sandbag" measures have failed miserably

All the applause go to ACO who managed to do all the possible wrong moves and even more of them.
Ferrari and Aston had BOP performance increase this week, larger restrictor for Aston and higher boost for Ferrari. There was no change for Fords.

At the moment Ferrari has alot more power than Fords, with 0.2 bar more boost and higher displcement V8 engine.

BOP tables published before the race weekend on fia.com if interested.

That german motors tv feed still looks to be on. I'm surprised at the pace of the Toyota here. I didn't think they'd challenge for the top 3 let alone for pole. And Sarrazin was surprisingly fast as well. I hope this stays on into next year. We will have a real fight between them and Porsche.

Nope. Sc365 changed their story to show that as well.

Toyota!!!! absolutely MEGA!

Well Conway certainly left more room than he needed to. Could have been a Toyota 1-2

Not sure what it is but the lines the Ford is taking look extremely conservative compared to the FErrari. Ferrari seems to need to use all of the road. The Ford just looks to be in the middle of the track on corner entry and middle of the track on corner exit. Surely Ford don't have it THAT good right?

Looking again, the Ford is hardly using any curbing anywhere..There goes Mucke round the outside...Bruni sure didn't give that one up.

That's the #8's title hopes getting much slimmer. #7's oddly off the pace for now
Toyota need to take the fight now, the Porsches seem to be getting away

Things are getting even more bizarre at Audi. Did Dr Ullrich say the #8 received another half tank?

Seemed he said that haven't fixed the fuel rig problem yet ... and Mikhail Aleshin is a heck of a driver ... he did cut off the Audi, which sort of overshadowed the amazing pass he put on his team mate --- went strong outside, forcing Vitally Petrov to radically alter his entry to peak early, then Aleshin dove all the way up the inside to snatch the position.
