Surely criticizeing someones spelling is equally as bad? Are you and Tony Cotton one and the same person? Mr Cotton's post makes it appear so.

As I understand it from that mammoth transcript of the proceedings, the $100 million is before deducting what they would have made for the constructors points they gained so far. So it will be significantly less than $100 million in the end, no?

stido should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I remember reading an f1 magazine a little while ago, showing Ron Dennis 'had of aces' or somthing similar. It said about the signing of alonso, and the vodafone contract.

It stated that the vodafone contract is valued at 750 million. the second largest deal in f1 history (appart from shell/ferrari) If this is the case, this wont affect mclaren in the slightest.

The only part of mclaren that will get hurt out of all of this is their pride for their team.

The end result is the same. If they PAY $50m and LOSE $50m (FOM money) at the end of the day there is $100m missing from McLaren coffers.

true they do lose $100 million total, but the more points they score the less additional cash they will have to pay.

Mclaren should start to seek sponsorship from law firms that specialise in pursuing clearing the names of the wrongly convicted...

The advertising campaign potential is nigh on endless...

I know Tony & we raced in the same series in the past, but we are not the same person.
