Alison has maintained he has the budget for Snetterton so has he decided to finish off the season in a Clio now rather than using all the budget on one Chevy drive.?

Effectively yes.
I don't know how likely it was that he would have been back in the Chevy, certainly he was looking at other options. I my view it's a good decision, try to put in some good results over the rest of the year and attract more sponsors rather than run around mid-field for one meeting. |

Robertshaw don't own the cars! and have only discussed new cars with RML.
this year they have not had the finances in place to carry a spares package, which has prevented them from racing on occassion. new cars? i doubt it. And the current price per round puts alot of people off. next year, new cars would drive the price up to factory/WSR /dynamics money. so if you have it?, would you go with proven winners or Robertshaw?? |

Euan Hankey may well be doing the final three meetings of the season for Robertshaw according to Autosport.

FBMW winner, EuroF3 midfielder. I guess he's got some backing and wants to do a Jelley-esque career change.

I dont know anything, but Alan Taylor i feel will finish the season, i am a marshal and talk to his manager a lot.
Robertshaw are stapped for cash but are looking to buy this years WTCC Chevvy's and get some backing from RML. I read this somewhere i cant remember where. |

Difficult times ahead for many teams and drivers to fund their envolvment.
I assume Team 48 are now dead in the water as the Alfas are back up for sale. Pikneys Integra back on the market so assume Hughes is going to continue in the MG Any where abouts of Fionas MG , gathering dust? Take into account Taylors Integra, the Chevys,Toledo,Murrays Alfa and the Lexus its pretty much a buyers market. |
