He came in part way through the year, missing the first few races Mike. He took 3rd in Vancouver, and had a couple of 4th place finishes as well.

Mike.ca should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I was going by the Standings page on the Barber Dodge website. Looking at it again, I realize that it hasn't been updated to show the last three races. According to the Results section of the BDPS site, he did compete in every race, and he had the following results: 10th, 5th, 15th, 18th, 7th, 15th, 16th, 3rd, 4th, and 4th. That said, I still don't think that a guy who can't win in BDPS has any business being in a Champ Car - though his late season results might justify a move up to Toyota Atlantic.

The guy's only 17, and it wasn't an amazing season as such, although he clearly go thte hang of things by late-season.

The results are obviously only half the story though - we need ot bear in mind his qualifying results, how good his team/team-mate (if any) were, how many mistakes he made, and whether he looked inherently fast. He's probably ready for Atlantics, but not ChampCars, although I doubt he'll disgrace himself.

You don't have team-mates in Barber - all the cars are run by the organisation itself. The same way Palmer-Audi is run.

I don't think Nelson Phillipe is experienced enough for Champ Car but I'd rather have him on the grid than for the team/car to not be there at all.
