Gradually the team would probably relocate - each new building would probably be in Germany (a much stronger motorsport base than Switzerland, or Japan for that matter) and more and more staff would be based there, similarly to the way Minardi have evolved away from Italy. Initially they would use Sauber facilities that are ebtte rthan what they have, especially the wind tunnel, and likewise existing staff.
